Bought this smarttab dec 2016. Was told it was the better of the two over rca. Bunch of BS. The tabscdid not hold up to use as a laptop. Quickly broke. The #9 keeps falling out. The keybboard dont work any longer and only had two months... Garbage.... Went to chat with support... No responsecfrom who ever chris is. Very unhappy...

Hate this company. Worst I've ever dealt with. Never seems to be able to help me and they can't even give me a person that speaks my language well enough. Their product suck. Used for a week and power button broke on both tablets. No Hard reset when locked out.
